  1. Where is Aimrite located - Aimrite is an Australian owned family business located in Cairns, Far North Queensland.

  2. Who is Aimrite owned by - Travis and Cassie Hogan are the owners of the original Aimrite business which has been running for over 20 years now

  3. Are your Spearguns Australian Made - Our Spearguns are made here in Australia and are certified Australian Made! Almost all products are designed in house although some products are manufactured overseas in Italy, Europe, America, Taiwan and China

  4. My speargun/product arrived damaged, what should I do - Take at least 5 pictures and email cassie@aimrite.com.au immediately. Our shipping agents policy is that we need to notify them within 24 hours if damage has occurred. If possible DO NOT accept a package that has been severely damaged and tell the courier to return it to us. 

  5. My speargun seems to have a fault or defect what should I do - All of our guns are covered by a Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. If there is an issue contact us directly at cassie@aimrite.com.au with pictures and an explanation of the issue.

  6. Why does the shaft sit off the track - This is caused from the mono being too tight. This is not a major problem at all and the shaft will usually sit flush once the band/s are loaded but try and stretch the mono or make sure that the mono is long enough next time you rig the gun.

  7. Why do your roller guns have shorter rubbers than other roller guns - This is the way we designed our rollerguns as it uses less rubber and requires less pre tension therefor extending the life of the rubber.

  8. I want to convert my Aimrite gun to a roller, can you do this - Sure we can simply email us the details, we can customise any set up!
