Although we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely and on time, please understand that we have no control over the handling of your freight once it leaves our workshop. If you do receive a broken item or there is any delays, please contact the freight company and provide the tracking number to resolve the issue ASAP. If you have no luck with them please email cassie@aimrite.com.au and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue you are having with your package.
