Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards, Sale Items & Custom ordered products are non refundable.
Shipping
All Speargun orders are shipped using priority freight services. As the spearguns are custom built to order please allow 3-5 days for dispatch. International Customer - Import Duties & Taxes are the customers responsibility and not covered by Aimrite International. All smaller packages are shipped via Australia Post.
Damaged or missing items
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Exchanges
To discuss an exchange please contact the workshop on 0476 614 255 or email the details of the requested exchange to support@aimrite.com.au. All exchanges need to be received within 30 days and in the original packaging and unused. Once your exchange has been approved please send your item to: Unit 17, 4-16 Tingira St, Portsmith, QLD, 4870.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purposes or if the product has been misused. A refund is not valid if a suitable alternative size is in stock and available. For example, if you order a Large wetsuit and a Medium or XL is available, or if you order a 95cm Rollergun and an 85cm or 105cm length is available and can be exchanged.
Upon approval from Aimrite, we can exchange the item for a different size, issue a store credit, or refund if applicable. All requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Refund approvals - If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account, as this time may vary depending on your payment method.
*Our return, refund, and exchange policies all comply with the ACCC guidelines.
Shipping returns
Securely pack all items that you would like to be returned and post via registered mail with tracking info as we are not liable for shipments which may go missing during transit. Please include the following with your package:

Email support@aimrite.com.au prior to shipment with the reasons of the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

All items must be returned in original/unused condition.

Unless an item is defective, if you would like an exchange, our standard freight charges apply.

You will need to mail your product to: 3/102 Hartley Street, Bungalow QLD 4870.
Additional info-
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow 7-14 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed once received.
