Returns & Refunds

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards, Sale Items & Custom ordered products are non refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account as this time will vary depending on your method of payment.

Damaged or missing items

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cassie@aimrite.com.au and send your item to: 3/102 Hartley Street, Bungalow, QLD, 4870.

Shipping returns

Securely pack all items that you would like to be returned and post via registered mail with tracking info as we are not liable for shipments which may go missing during transit. Please include the following with your package: 

  • Email cassie@aimrite.com.au prior to shipment with the reasons of the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

  • All items must be returned in original/unused condition.

  • Unless an item is defective, if you would like an exchange, our standard freight charges apply.

  • You will need to mail your product to: 3/102 Hartley Street, Bungalow QLD 4870.

Additional info- 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please allow 7-14 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed once received.
